All Lil' Melodies classes are FOOD FREE. Please do not bring any food into the classroom. It is recommended that your child eats before class so they do not get hungry during class. Water is allowed and recommended to be brought to each class in a bottle, sippy cup or drink bottle.

Home materials are compulsory and are included in your term prices. This is to allow the music and the learning to be taken home where the child learns best. All home materials will be distributed to families during lessons 1and 2.

If your child becomes a distraction or a threat to any other members of the class, the licensed educator has the right to remove the child from class for a few minutes or for the whole lesson.

No siblings over 6 months are allowed unless approved first in the event of an unforseen situation.​

All Lil' Melodies accounts need to be paid in full to secure your child's spot in class. Please contact Lil' Melodies if you are unable to do this. If you cancel your spot outside 1 week before term starts you will receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs within the 1 week before term starts you will receive a refund less of a $30 as a cancellation fee.

Fees are non-refundable for classes missed, or if your child does not complete the entire term. Due to the ever-changing COVID-19 restrictions, fees are non-refundable if we need to move from studio to online throughout the term.​

Makeup classes are available, if you miss your scheduled class due to illness. You will need to contact Lil' Meodies to arrange.

Lil' Melodies has the right to cancel a class if a teacher falls ill. In most cases, there will be a makeup class added at the end of the term. There will be no makeup classes for public holidays unless the teacher agrees too.​

Parents/caregivers as you know children are more likely to learn by watching what you do rather then what you say. Please make sure you participate in all activities and remember to have lots of fun doing it!!
